I was having a really bad day and was there for an emergency with my implant. Because of some technical issues at the office, I spent quite a long time in the waiting room. I will admit I was starting to get annoyed and anxious. Paigelynn completely turned my mood around. She was so caring and apologized profusely for my wait, which I knew was no one’s fault; technology can be a pain at times. Paigelynn continued to make me smile and laugh and helped me forget about my long wait and bad day. Thank you Paigelynn for your smile and bubbly personality.
